Who am I …
und if so, how many?
This quote and the title of a book by Richard David Precht – describes me quite well: In this life, I am not only a woman, partner, friend, daughter, and aunt, but I also take on many different roles across various systems – as a leader, advisor, doer, participant, affected person, and much more. I support individuals and groups on their path of growth with joy and ease.
As a highly sensitive person, I have particularly fine senses, a holistic perspective, deep empathy, and a feel for the depth of things.
In the early part of my journey, it wasn’t easy for me to distinguish my own energy from that of my surroundings. I wanted to be part of my family, friends, colleagues. Thanks to my openness and curiosity, I was able to adapt well externally and gather a wide range of experiences. My soul sometimes longed for something else, but for a long time, I didn’t hear its whisper or did not want to listen.
I hold a degree in Business Informatics and work as a systemic organizational consultant. I’m a true generalist who loves to dive deep, to integrate (internally and externally), and to connect (aspects within us as well as various elements of any system).
Over the past decades, my focus has shifted beyond intellectual knowledge to find a balance between mind, heart and body – and with that, my own spiritual development.
Much of it has come to me naturally, and I embraced it with curiosity and no fixed goal: from my yoga teacher training, which introduced me to various wisdom traditions and a personal practice of meditation, asanas and breathwork, to training in mediumship at various schools and further to my hypno-systemic education – which, in addition to bringing me great joy, also provides me with solid theoretical and scientific grounding.
Over the years, I’ve learned to embrace all my different inner parts with love. Today, I can live authentically and express my true self with joy. I am very grateful for all my great teachers and mentors along the way.
My (sensitive) intuitive and mediumistic abilities, combined with my analytical and structured nature, are enriched by a wealth of personal experience: from my own inner journey, from family and friendships, and from over 25 years of professional work in the corporate world – including IT, business process management, strategy, leadership, organizational development, and the management of projects, programs, and portfolios, as well as mentoring, intuitive coaching, and spiritual guidance.
I have a strong ability to quickly understand complex systems, contribute meaningfully and offer new perspectives. I bring an outside view and fresh impulses while supporting you and your system in recognizing itself and unfolding its full potential.
I stand for aliveness and advocate for diversity. I envision a more sustainable world where peace and innovative progress begin within – through inner work and personal responsibility.
