All is one – a principle that describes the interconnectedness of all things. Everything within and around us is energy, expressed in different colors and forms, affecting each of us in unique ways. We resonate – sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously – with ourselves and one another, constantly influenced in diverse ways.
We are all spiritual beings seeking to have a human experience here on Mother Earth. Each of us moves within various systems – starting with our inner universe made up of mind, heart and body, extending to external structures like family, community and society, and ultimately to the cosmos itself (planets, stars, and so much more).
